Born in Kannur Dt of kerala on 09/10/1952 and calicut university MA first rank holder in history began the career as a Lecturer in history in the year 1980 at sreekrishna college, guruvayur and retird as head of the Dept. in 2008.

As an ardent devotee, I offered a gold crown to lord Guruvayurappan in 2008.

I was awarded Doctor of Philosophy in educational Management in 2010 from Colombo International University.

Considering the meritorious services rendered in the social cultural and educational fields, the following awards were conferred to me.

1. Prathiba Puraskar Award, in memory of Kunjunni Master presented by Sri K. Jayakumar IAS and Dr, M. Leelavathy (2009).

2. Baktha Kesari Award by Ayyappa Sevasamithi, New Delhi Presented by Sri. Radhakrishnan, Supreme Court (2010).

3. Guru Sreshta Award Presented by Dr N. Jayaraj, MLA, at Kottayam (2010).

4. Gururathna Award Presented by Visakam Thirunal Maharaja (Panthalam Raja) Karukachal (2011).

5. Kallikkadu foundation award for social & cultural activities presented by Sri K.C. Joseph, minister for culture at Thiruvananthapuram own 19th september 2011.
