Rajeev Memorial Charitable Society,
Kanhileri P.O. Mattannur (via) Kannur District, A society
registered under societies registration act XXI 1860 with
Reg. No. S 674/92. The object of the society is to
establish schools and other institutions for imparting
Education in Educationally backward areas and to assist
economically poor students The society purchased 5 acres 3
cents for the purpose of starting a B.Ed College. National
Council for teachers Education has given Recognition to
Rajeev Memorial College of Teacher Education Mattanur 670
- 702, Kerala for Secondary (B.E.d) Course of one year
duration with an annual intake of 100 Students.

2008 to train quality teachers for the high and higher
secondary schools. It is our object to strive hard for the
academic excellence in teacher education and to promote
research and extension work. The present, strength of our
college is 100 and offers instruction in five optionals
for B.Ed course namely English, Commerce, natural science,
physical science and social science. We have a good team
of experienced, dedicated and well qualified teaching
staff.

Pazhassi Raja. The College will be shifted to the new
building by February 2012.
